Return & Exchange Policy
No Returns or Refunds
All purchases of the HuggleBee Baby Carrier are final. Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the matter.
